CIS for Internet is a subscription service.

Oregon CIS is a self-supporting consortium.  We rely on fees paid by the schools, colleges, agencies, libraries, businesses, and other organizations that license CIS for use with their students, clients, and customers. Organizations that use CIS must purchase a product license each year.  The descriptions of our Products provide overviews of the information and other components available for each type of organization.

How to Order

Fee information for your organization can be provided by telephone or by e-mail.  Simply contact our Customer and User Services staff for information.  If you have a fee quote already, you can order online.  You can also download the CIS Order form, complete it, and fax it to us.

How to Register

Once you have ordered, you must complete the online registration to activate CIS for your organization. You will use the Registration Code that is provided in an e-mail to your organization's designated CIS Site Coordinator. If you are having trouble locating this information, contact the Delivery Systems and Technical Support staff . They will confirm your license and provide the registration code to the site coordinator.  When you register for CIS Online, you must agree to the terms of the CIS Online License Agreement for your organization.
