Tool Kit for Career Planners

Students and clients access all of the CIS tools that have been licensed and set up for your site through CIS for Internet.

CIS for Internet: Oregon CIS’ comprehensive career development tool, with information and decision-making tools that support career self-management for a lifetime. CIS for Internet is delivered online so students or clients and families can use CIS at home. My Career Planning Portfolio provides a personal record of CIS use, including favorites, assessment results, an education plan, and an education and work history.

My CRLE (Career-Related Learning Experiences) Planner: An Internet delivered program to help students identify, draft, and edit learning plans for their career-related learning experiences. My CRLE Planner combines school district defined indicators for career-related learning, Oregon academic content standards, and career learning frameworks with learning objectives specific to areas of study.

Individual Student and Client Accounts

With My Career Planning Portfolio feature of CIS for Internet, individual users are able to set up their own accounts. To access the CIS for Internet for the first time, they must enter their licensed site's CIS Online User Name and Password. Then they will be able to set up their own personal user name and password for their portfolio. Once set up, a personal user name and password provides access to CIS Online and the site's user name and password is no longer needed.

My CRLE Planner requires students to set up an individual account in order to use the component. To access My CRLE Planner for the first time, they must enter their licensed site's CIS Online User Name and Password.
